How do you find Solace?

Throughout life we are faced with struggles everyday that can often lead us down a dark path. Our minds play games on our thoughts which can make the smallest of things feel as though it's all about to come crashing down.

In these moments of self doubt, Ive always found that the ocean is the purest solace for our soul. The chaotic nature of the waves represents the stresses of life that can spiral out of our control. Only then, when we change our perspective, the very thing that was chaotic can become a calming presence in our life.

"Solace" is a true representation of these feelings we have all encountered before. This piece was captured using aerial technology to view the chaotic yet calming nature of our oceans waves.
