In ancient Greece, the Nymphs were divinities linked to nature, woods, mountains, springs and some of them were considered immortal. To the sound of the flute of the god Pan they move dance steps and sing in a melodious way.

Calypso, a charming Nymph daughter of Atlas, queen of a thriving and luxuriant kingdom, hosted Ulysses on the island of Ogygia for seven years, bewitching him with her great charm.
