Claudio Donaggio, born in Venice in 1983, is a leading Live Coder and digital artist in Italy since 2018. Part of the international TopLap collective and administrator for TopLap Italia’s social media, he’s performed alongside artists like Sam Aron and contributed to “Threnoscope” by Thor Magnusson.
His work, featured in MITPress’s “Live Coding: A User’s Manual”, employs live coding with JavaScript and SuperCollider to create audiovisual performances without post-editing, maintaining the improvisation’s spontaneity.
“Hacking The Browser With Colors” is a VJ performance that uses live coding to dynamically generate evolving shapes and colors, likening human thought to a computer-influencing virus.
