The most accepted hypothesis is that the Moon was born from the collision of a very large body, practically the size of Mars, with the primitive Earth.

In the process, a piece of Earth's mantle escaped, but it was trapped by gravity and formed our satellite.

But what would happen if the Moon started coming towards Earth?

Upon arrival, the destructive chain of events would already begin to take shape. By influencing the rhythm of the tides, the Moon's gravitational pull would cause frequent tsunamis across the planet.

Progressive approach would also disturb the Earth's crust, causing volcanic eruptions and seismic events in various parts of the world.

Afterwards, it would be as if hundreds of thousands of asteroids collided with Earth, destroying entire cities in the process.

So, do we have to enjoy it while we can?
