Sara Bonaventura is an Italian visual artist and educator, working at the intersection between visual and media arts, lens based and new media. Her video works have been screened worldwide: at the NYC Anthology Film Archives, the San Francisco Independent Short Film Festival, at the Ann Arbor Film Festival, the Miami New Media Festival, the Athens Digital Arts Festival, at Rome MACRO Museum, the Boston CyberArts Gallery, the International Symposium for Electronic Arts in Gwangju, at the Thessaloniki Documentary Festival, among others.

A foetus seems to crawl back. Inspired by a Deleuzean unbecoming which entails an open future, fracturing and opening up the past (and the present) to what is not yet there. It reminds us to stop thinking of humanity as the reference point of nature and worlding.
