We are not our memories, we are not the idea that others have of us, we are not all those times we were rejected, how long has it been since you caressed your own skin? the only person who has been with you throughout your life is you, you have never left, maybe it is time to thank ourselves for being and enduring so much and not giving up when we feel most alone.
